There are many different occasions where Slow Food compliments the experience that you are creating.
Seasonal, Local & Regenerative are the most important values that Slow Food works with. If it's not seasonal, local and regenerative it won't be on the menu. The focus is mainly on vegetarian creations with a touch of locally raised meat and fresh caught fish of the day. Sourdough is used for baking.
Menu's are tailormade for each occasion and are always colorful creations decorated with fresh herbs and edible flowers.
Workshops on how to implement Slow Food in your own kitchen are hosted regularly as well as available on request.
