When the chapter of being a chef and flight attendant on board of private jets closed another chapter started where my passion for cooking and creating experiences expanded to a more environmental aware approach.
Working at regenerative farms has taught me how beautiful and exciting local and seasonal flavors can be, cooking with produce that are not widely known and to implement that in your on board menu creation can raise the on board experience you provide to a whole new level.
