Who Is Claudia 

Moving from a fast paced life as a chef and flight attendant on board of private jets to a slow paced life as re-connection experience creator has taught me the value of nature and how we are not separate from, but part of nature. A journey that has taken me to the foot of the Himalaya's in India, the jungle in Bali and back to the forests and fields of The Netherlands.  Experiencing life where less is more and the only food that is eaten is locally grown made me realize the beauty of simplicity and to appreciate the delicious gifts that nature offers us without asking anything in return. To taste a strawberry straight from the plant soaked in sunshine is something I wish for everyone to experience and it has become my life's mission to share life's treasures in their simplicity, beauty and slowness with the world. For slowness allows us to be and being here now, is all that we need to truly experience life in its fullest capacity.

Slow Food, Slow Yoga & Wataflow

 Why offer a combination of these 3 specific elements? 
Slow living is a state of being not doing. To allow ourselves to arrive at this state of being, we unwind by giving our body and mind permission to fully relax and release all tension. Slow Yoga and Wataflow are tools to empty our mind and relax the muscles in our body. This makes space to come into the present moment and experience life through our senses. Slow Food is a beautiful way to allow our senses to play with the present moment. Taste, Smell, See, Hear and Touch are all part of this experience and invite us to be fully present in this moment. 
Slow Food isn't about discovering new dishes from around the world it is about transforming with love and care ingredients that grow around us into the ultimate sensatory play of life, flowing with the seasons, slowing down, as we discover life.

Slow Yoga

Experience unity in body, mind & soul. Pranayama, Asana, Meditation & Philosophy. By paying attention to all parts that form yoga we discover that yoga is not just a work-out but a lifestyle that allows us to be more balanced.

Wataflow

Guided floating in water. 
Let go of control and feel how your body relaxes and your mind becomes still while you are being moved above and under water. A dance in water that makes you realize that when you let emotions flow, the waves of life are not there to fight but to be felt and to guide you in the right direction.
