Slow Food takes you on a journey through the seasons to discover which vegetables and fruits grow in which time of the year, where you can locally source these and delicious recipes to enjoy the fresh flavours of the season. A Slow Food to Table experience brings all of these elements together and can be enjoyed anywhere in The Netherlands. 


Slow Yoga lets you explore the unity that yoga stands for. Each class is a combination of Pranayama (conscious breathing), Asana (poses), Meditation and Philosophy. Finding your balance in body, mind and soul while feeling into all aspects that yoga includes, to experience relaxed awareness.


Wataflow is a form of water therapy,  we connect our breath with the sensation of total relaxation to come into a state of mindlessness. Allowing ourselves to be while flowing through the water, alternated with moments of stillness. A transformational journey that brings us to a lighter state of being.
